BILO 2 = price for two-rooms flat for 2 people;
BILO 3/4 = price for two-rooms flat for 3 or 4 people;
BILO 3/4 L = price for two-rooms flat with lake view for 3 or 4 people;
TRILO 5/6L = price for three-rooms flat with lake view for 5 or 6 people.
RENTAL CONDITIONS:
Prices refer to the rent of an apartment for one week and
include all utilities, electricity, hot and cold water, VAT, use of the laundry and ironing room, bed, bath and kitchen linen and the final tidying up of the rooms except for the kitchenette that it has to be clean and free from rubbish.
For stays of less than one week (minimum stay 3 nights), we will consider them in case of availability.
Arrival
The arrival is possible
from 4 pm to 7 m of the agreed arrival day, in case you arrive later please inform us promptly, otherwise the flat will be at your disposal only another day and then it will be possible for us to rent it again. In case of postponed arrival, the price will be calculated for the entire booked period.
Departure We ask you to leave the apartment before
10 am of the departure day. The kitchenette has to be clean and free from rubbish. In case of anticipated leaving, the price will be calculated for the entire booked period.
Confirmation of booking
The validity of your booking in all respects is subject to
payment of a deposit of 30% of the agreed price and it could be paid by bank transfer, postal order or credit card.

Payment We require payment of the balance on arrival day; we will also ask at the guest a refundable
deposit of € 200,00 for each flat and it will be returned at the departure day after having checked the apartments.
The bill can be made by cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Carta Sì), or ATM. Checks are not accepted.
The client will be held totally responsible for any damage to the apartment or its contents caused by him/her or by his/her guests, or if after the leave something belonging to the apartment is being missed. The client will be charged with the deriving costs upon his/her departure.
If customers would notice any damage upon arrival, are kindly requested to notify the Directorate
Cancellations Your reservation must be cancelled by writing, faxing or sending e-mail and it has to be confirmed by the Residence’s management.
The deposit will be retained in these following terms:
• If your booking will be cancelled up to 30 days your arrival day, we will retain the 50% of the deposit.
• If your booking will be cancelled 30 days before your arrival day, we will retained the full amount of the deposit.
• If any cancellation will be not sent or if the client will not arrive, he will be charged for the full booked period in agreement with the booking price.
Generally we refer to the EU laws for the cancellation of holiday and travel bookings. If you’ll have to cancel an hotel stay or start your stay late or interrupt it early, the hotel accommodation for the full booked period will be invoiced you or the paid deposit will be retained. The International cancellation regulations are applied. (jurisdiction: the court of Belluno).
Number of persons occupying the apartment
The apartments must be occupied only by the number of persons declared when making the reservation, unless nothing else is agreed upon with the management. The clients are not allowed to lodge other persons which have not been regularly declared to the management upon arrival.
Upkeep inspection of the apartments
If necessary, the management or a representative it reserve the right to access the apartments in order to carry out any necessary and urgent repair work. Further, it reserves the right to inspection the apartment during the client’s stay or after the leave.
Parking We guarantee one parking space per apartment in the uncovered, enclosed and unguarded Residence parking.
Smoker and non-smoker
Following the recent National Laws (Art.1 Law n.584 of 11.01.1975- D.P.C. 14.12.1995) it’s prohibited to smoke in public places, included the hotels. Sanctions are severe both for the owners of public structures and for the transgressors. We are therefore sorry to inform you that from 10.01.2005 it is prohibited to smoke in each area of our Residence (apartments included).
Animals
We are sorry but pets are not allowed.
