BILO 2 = price for two-rooms flat for 2 people;

BILO 3/4 = price for two-rooms flat for 3 or 4 people;

TRILO 5/6L = price for three-rooms flat with lake view for 5 or 6 people.  

Tourist tax not included in the prices

Extra charges:
- Apartment with lake view: € 70,00 per week; € 100,00 per week from 21.12.13 to 06.01.14.
- 5°, 7°person (only child 3 years old in baby cot) € 35,00 per week; € 70,00 per week from 21.12.13 to 06.01.14


Prices refer to the rent of an apartment for one week, only accommodation stay and include all costs, electricity, hot and cold water, VAT, use of the laundry and ironing room, bed, bath and kitchen linen and  the final tidying up of the rooms except for the kitchenette that it has to be clean and free from rubbish.

The price does not include:
TOURIST TAX: The amount due is calculated in € 0,80 per person (more than 10 years of age), per night, for a maximum of 7 nights.

For stays of less than one week (minimum stay 3 nights), we will consider them in case of availability.

The arrival is possible from 4 pm to 7 pm of the agreed arrival day, in case you arrive later please inform us promptly, otherwise the flat will be at your disposal only another day and then it will be possible for us to rent it again. In case of postponed arrival, the price will be calculated for the entire booked period.

We ask you to leave the apartment before 10 am of the departure day. The kitchenette has to be clean and free from rubbish. In case of anticipated leaving, the price will be calculated for the entire booked period.

Booking confirmation
The validity of your booking in all respects is subject to payment of a deposit of 30% of the agreed price. It could be paid by bank transfer, postal order or credit card.

We require payment of the balance on arrival day; we will also ask at the guest a refundable deposit of Euro 200,00 (Euro 500,00 during Christmas holidays) for each flat and it will be returned at the departure day after having checked the apartments.
The client will be held totally responsible for any damage to the apartment or its contents caused by him/her or by his/her guests, or if after the leave something belonging to the apartment is being missed. The client will be charged with the deriving costs upon his/her departure.
If customers would notice any damage upon arrival, are kindly requested to notify the Directorate

Your reservation must be cancelled by writing, faxing or sending e-mail and it has to be confirmed by the Residence’s management.
Cancellation charges are as follows:
- Deposit: non-refundable;
- Cancellation from 29 to 15 days  prior arrival, penalty 50% total stay;
- Cancellation from 14 to 8 days prior arrival, penalty 75% total stay;
- Cancellation from 7 days prior arrival to no show penalty 100% total stay.
We advise you to purchase holiday insurance to cover cancellation.

Number of persons occupying the apartment
The apartments must be occupied only by the number of persons declared when making the reservation, unless nothing else is agreed upon with the management. The clients are not allowed to lodge other persons which have not been regularly declared to the management upon arrival.
Even newborns included in the calculation of the people occupying the apartment and they must have an identification document as expected by law.

Upkeep inspection of the apartments
If necessary, the management or a representative it reserve the right to access the apartments in order to carry out any necessary and urgent repair work. Further, it reserves the right to inspection the apartment during the client’s stay or after the leave.

We guarantee one parking space per apartment in the uncovered, enclosed and unguarded Residence parking.

Smoker and non-smoker
Following the recent National Laws (Art.1 Law n.584 of 11.01.1975- D.P.C. 14.12.1995) it’s prohibited to smoke in public places, included the hotels. Sanctions are severe both for the owners of public structures and for the transgressors. We are therefore sorry to inform you that from 10.01.2005 it is prohibited to smoke in each area of our Residence (apartments included).

We are sorry but pets are not allowed.
