Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 ("Consolidated Law on the protection of personal data") provides for the protection of individuals and other subjects in relation to personal data processing. According to the Consolidated Law mentioned above, data will be processed according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency with a view to protecting your privacy and rights. Pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03:
data processing is aimed at collecting all information that is necessary to meet the requirements of current legislation relating to personal data processing. It can be aimed at providing information, producing commercial advertising and gathering data relating the quality of the services provided.
Digital processing of personal data is achieved by means of the following operations: data gathering; registering and organising data; consulting, using, processing and interconnecting data; storing and modifying; blocking, erasing and destroying of data.
Data will not be disclosed to other parties, nor will it be circulated.
At any time you may exercise your rights in relation to the data controller, under Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.
